Customer information and data are only shared with third parties when necessary to complete the purchase and delivery process. We ask our customers to keep their information updated; you can change your data whenever needed in "My Account."
Our online store is SSL certified, ensuring the protection of customer data and making all purchases secure.
Transactions/purchases made in our online store are encrypted, and we do not store our customers' card information.
We send offers and promotions via email (“Newsletter”) to customers registered on our site. We never request customer data through promotional emails.
When a customer reviews a product in our online store, other users will see the review only by the name and city of the person who reviewed the product.

By using our Service, the User agrees to observe all the rules contained in these Terms.
The User must be a natural or legal person, of legal age and capable. Individuals under 18 (eighteen) years of age may not use the Service.
The User may not use our Service for practices that are prohibited by law or these Terms or acts that may damage, disable, overload or deteriorate our Service, or prevent normal use of any tool, equipment, documents, files, and contents by other users and other internet users.
The User may not input any information or data that does not meet the ethical standards of Império Mangueiras, which aims to provide a free and secure environment for managing personal information for registration purposes. Users are aware and agree that if the information provided on the Império Mangueiras website violates any applicable rules and/or regulations, they will exempt Império Mangueiras from any responsibility.
The User agrees not to use any automated system, including but not limited to "bots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access our Service in a manner that sends more requests to the servers in a specific time frame than is humanly possible to respond to in the same time frame via a conventional browser. Collecting any personal information from other users of our Service is also prohibited.
The User may not provide inaccurate, incorrect, or non-personal information and may not create an account on behalf of another User unless they have the express permission of that User.
If the User uses our Service contrary to any provisions of these Terms, Império Mangueiras may, at its sole discretion, block the User, delete any comments, or delete the User's registration at any time and without prior notice, without prejudice to other administrative and judicial actions as applicable.
Payment Methods
To facilitate and expedite your purchase, Império Mangueiras accepts cards from all major brands, cash payment via bank slip with discounts, and more.
You can pay for your purchases using credit cards from: Visa, Mastercard, Diners, Hipercard, American Express, Elo, Aura, Redeshop, Cabal, Sicredi, Credsystem, and Sorocred, with up to 6 interest-free installments on orders above R$ 600.00. For your safety, we do not store your card number. During the approval process, the number is encrypted, and after approval by the issuer, the data is deleted from our systems. In the purchase process, click on the corresponding credit card and fill in the required information.
Remember! Every credit card has a purchase limit established by the issuer, and the amount counted is the total purchase amount, not the installment. Every first purchase is subject to data confirmation, which will be conducted after the order confirmation by the customer. In such cases, a copy of documents may be requested from the customer, which will be handled confidentially by the company.
The delivery deadline will be suspended until this data confirmation is completed.
If you do not have a credit card or prefer to pay at the bank, your option is the bank slip (cash only). In the purchase process, select the BANK SLIP option, confirm your order, and print the slip.
